These terms apply when you use this website or order a frame from us. By placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Who we are

This website is run by Racket Frames (brand name Racket-Frames), a business owned by Mufeez Ahmed Shariff, R.T. Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560032, India. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Racket Frames, and "you" means the person using the website or placing an order.

2. Our products

We sell wall display frames for badminton rackets. Frames are sold without a racket. Small differences in finish between frames are normal. Product images on this website are illustrations, and colours look different on different screens, so your frame may look slightly different from the pictures.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are shown on this website. We confirm your order once we receive full payment. If a price on the website is wrong, we will tell you before making your frame, and you can choose to pay the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

4. Personalised frames

You are responsible for the name, date, quote or logo you send us, including the spelling and your right to use any logo. We send you a design proof by email and start printing only after you approve it. We may refuse text or artwork that is offensive, or that uses someone else's trademark without permission.

5. Delivery

We deliver across India. Delivery times and charges are explained in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

6. Cancellations, returns and replacements

Frames are made to order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges. If your frame arrives damaged, we replace it free of charge. Full details, including when you can cancel, are in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

7. Using this website

The text, designs and images on this website belong to Racket Frames. Please don't copy or reuse them without our written permission.

8. Our responsibility

We are responsible for delivering the frame you ordered in good condition. We are not responsible for losses we could not reasonably foresee, and our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Indian consumer law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. The terms that apply to your order are the ones shown when you placed it.
