01Is the racket included?
No. You receive the display frame and mounting hardware only. The frame is built to hold the racket you already own.
02Will it fit my racket brand?
Yes. The clips grip the shaft and handle with light spring tension, which fits standard badminton racket dimensions across Yonex, Li-Ning, Victor, Wilson and most other brands.
03Can I take the racket out again?
Any time. The clips release by hand, so plenty of people display the racket they still play with and take it down on match day.
04Can I put my name or my club's logo on it?
Yes. A name, a date, a quote, or a club or academy logo. Send the details on WhatsApp after ordering and we email a design proof for approval before printing.
05How does the LED glow work?
Glow and Signature editions use a rechargeable battery pack charged over USB-C, with a switch on the frame. No cable runs to a wall socket.
06Will it damage my wall?
Every frame ships with a no-drill mounting kit rated for the weight of the panel and a racket together. Standard screw mounting is supported if you prefer.
07How long does delivery take?
We make and ship every frame from Bengaluru. Delivery is free within Bengaluru, and orders there usually arrive in 3–4 days. For the rest of India, we confirm the delivery charge and date on WhatsApp when you order. Personalised frames add two days for the proof.
08What if it arrives damaged?
Send us photos on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery and we send a free replacement. Frames travel in a corner-protected box, but if anything does arrive damaged, tell us straight away.
09Can I return or exchange a frame?
Every frame is made to order, so we don't accept returns or exchanges. If yours arrives damaged, we replace it free. Read the full cancellation and refund policy.
